Cleveland Warehouse District Mixed-Use Development
Reimagining the urban block as a layered neighborhood of loft living, commerce, and public space, the design draws Cleveland’s industrial heritage into a contemporary mixed-use environment. Carved passages, elevated promenades, and excavated gathering spaces transform the dense warehouse fabric into a connected pedestrian experience, while dark masonry, exposed steel, and transparent insertions establish a dialogue between the district’s raw industrial character and its evolving urban future.
